Uno strato di carbonio

Carbonio unidirezionale

Possono usare questo termine perché c'è polvere di carbonio nello stampo in plastica sotto lo strato esterno di fibra di vetro. Il tessuto intrecciato all'esterno, però, non è carbonio. Soprattutto, ricorda: la fibra di carbonio è sempre nera.

100% composito
Cos'è il 100% composito? Questo termine può indicare quasi qualsiasi cosa. Quindi la domanda da porsi davanti a una scarpetta in composito è: composito di cosa? In breve, una scarpetta in composito è di solito un composito di nylon e fibra di vetro.

Monoscocca

La base della scarpetta ha un bell'aspetto in dry carbon opaco, ora con effetto sabbiato antiscivolo in corrispondenza delle asole di montaggio.

Matte Dry Carbon Base

In Bont produciamo pattini di alta gamma con un metodo che chiamiamo costruzione monoscocca. Questo processo richiede molta più abilità e tempo, con costi molto più alti rispetto ai metodi di costruzione più diffusi. Questo metodo, però, permette alla nostra gamma di pattini di guidare il mercato in termini di prestazioni.

Quando la fodera e il rivestimento di una scarpetta vengono incollati su una base già pronta, si parla di scarpetta in due pezzi. Gran parte delle cuciture su una scarpetta in due pezzi è puramente estetica. Le cuciture, quindi, non hanno alcuna funzione strutturale. Vengono posizionate prima che la scarpetta venga assemblata. Per questo una scarpetta in due pezzi può concentrarsi sull'estetica delle cuciture.

Le cuciture delle scarpette monoscocca Bont non sono decorative. Cuciono il rivestimento esterno al materiale anti-allungamento che è incollato al carbonio.

Questa scarpetta è progettata per atleti di alto livello, quindi l’imbottitura usata è sottile, densa e un po’ severa. Questo però la rende un pattino super leggero e reattivo. Il memory foam a celle chiuse utilizzato non trattiene nemmeno l’acqua. Se cerchi una guida più confortevole, scegli una delle nostre opzioni di imbottitura più morbide.

Padding

Qui in Bont sviluppiamo resine da oltre 45 anni. Abbiamo formulato una resina estremamente rigida e allo stesso tempo modellabile a basse temperature. Inoltre, per le nostre esigenze un tempo di indurimento rapido è fondamentale. E siamo uno dei pochissimi produttori di scarpette a sviluppare le proprie resine internamente.

La nostra resina si ammorbidisce a soli 60 °C (140 °F), la temperatura più bassa del settore. Puoi quindi riscaldare la nostra resina tutte le volte che serve. In altre parole, puoi scaldare la scarpetta e modellarla facilmente sul tuo piede. Dopo il riscaldamento, lascia che la scarpetta si assesti e si raffreddi per ottenere il tuo calco personalizzato.

L'epossidica, o poliepossido, è un polimero epossidico termoindurente che indurisce quando viene miscelato con un agente catalizzatore o indurente. Controlliamo la polimerizzazione, chiamata cura, attraverso la temperatura e la scelta della resina e dei componenti indurenti. Il processo può richiedere da minuti a ore.

La quantità di indurente aggiunta alla resina dipende in modo critico dalla temperatura dell'aria e dal livello di umidità. Per questo abbiamo un computer che miscela resina e indurente. Questo computer dosa la resina dopo aver misurato la temperatura e l'umidità dell'aria.

La maggior parte dei produttori usa un processo noto nel settore come pre-preg, che consiste nel "pre-impregnare" di resina la fibra di carbonio.

Con il pre-preg, in pratica in tutte le applicazioni, è il produttore della fibra di carbonio a scegliere la resina. È una soluzione uguale per tutti. Il produttore della scarpetta non ha modo di modificare la resina per adattarla alle esigenze di termoformabilità delle scarpette moderne. Per questo molti concorrenti richiedono temperature elevate per rendere termoformabili le loro scarpette. E spesso la termoformabilità è limitata, anche a quelle temperature.

La Vaypor è cucita da un artigiano esperto che non ha altro compito se non cucire. A differenza della maggior parte delle scarpette sul mercato, che usano cuciture puramente estetiche, la cucitura delle scarpette in linea Bont ha una funzione precisa e unisce la pelle esterna alla scarpetta stessa. Il risultato è un allungamento minore e una scarpetta più durevole.

La linguetta del Vaypor per pattini in linea ha diverse caratteristiche. È termoformabile, quindi puoi scaldarla in forno e modellarla sul tuo piede, ma si adatta al piede anche solo con il calore del tuo corpo. Ha una ventilazione che fa uscire l'aria calda dalla scarpetta, un praticissimo fissaggio in velcro che impedisce alla linguetta di spostarsi e una schiuma sottile e leggera che protegge comunque il piede dai lacci.

La protezione punta in TPU Bont protegge la parte anteriore della scarpetta da pattinaggio in linea di velocità da urti e piccoli graffi.

TPU Toe Protector

La tomaia Bont, la parte superiore della scarpetta, è leggera, incollata e cucita alla scarpetta. Pratichiamo i fori a mano attraverso la tomaia e la fodera per la ventilazione. Vengono applicate fibbie e cinghietti per garantire che il piede sia tirato verso il basso e spinto verso il tallone. Infine ripuliamo la colla in eccesso e la scarpetta è pronta per pattinare. Per essere considerata pronta all'uso, la scarpetta deve superare sedici fasi di controllo qualità indipendenti. Il risultato è il miglior rapporto resistenza/peso sul mercato.

Gli scienziati hanno dimostrato che piedi più freschi possono migliorare le prestazioni. In questa scarpetta abbiamo integrato una linguetta ventilata e la protezione punta in TPU. Questo aiuta a far circolare l'aria e a raffreddare i piedi.
