Our Biggest Roller Skate Wheel Sale Yet

Our biggest roller skate wheel sale yet has arrived. Save 30% on selected Bont roller skate wheels for indoor, outdoor, park, derby and speed skating until the end of August.

The right wheels can completely change how your skates feel. Grip, speed, comfort and response all depend on matching your wheels to the surface you skate and the way you want to move. Whether you are heading to the rink, rolling outdoors, training for derby or progressing at the skate park, this guide will help you choose the right setup.

Start with your skating surface

Before comparing colours or profiles, think about where you skate most often.

  • Outdoor paths and rough surfaces: Softer wheels absorb more vibration and provide dependable grip over asphalt, paths and uneven concrete.
  • Indoor rinks and tracks: Firmer wheels generally deliver a faster, more responsive roll on smooth surfaces. The right hardness will depend on the floor and the level of grip you prefer.
  • Skate parks and street spots: Park wheels are designed for speed, durability and controlled slides on bowls, ramps, ledges and smooth concrete.
  • Roller derby and speed skating: Look for a balance of roll, grip and agility that suits the floor, your position and your skating style.

Wheel hardness is shown as a durometer rating, such as 78A or 101A. A lower number indicates a softer wheel; a higher number indicates a harder wheel. Diameter matters too: larger wheels tend to maintain momentum, while smaller wheels can feel more agile and responsive.

For Indoor and Speed Skating

Moonwalk 64mm 96A Indoor Wheels

The Moonwalk Roller Skate Wheels combine fast indoor performance with unmistakable rink style. Their 64mm diameter helps maintain roll, while the 96A urethane is designed for polished wood, coated concrete and sport court floors. A rigid, lightweight 6061 aluminium hub supports consistent performance, and the sparkle finish stands out under rink lights.

Choose Moonwalk if: you want a premium indoor wheel for speed, jam, shuffle or general rink skating, with a strong balance of grip, rebound and roll.

Glow™ Indoor & Jam LED Wheels — 58mm 101A

The Glow™ Indoor & Jam LED Roller Skate Wheels bring light and colour to smooth indoor surfaces. Their compact 58mm x 32mm profile and hard 101A urethane create a responsive feel for jam, shuffle and rhythm skating on indoor wood and concrete. Built-in LED lights illuminate the wheels as they turn, powered by magnetic floating spacers—no batteries required.

Choose Glow Indoor if: you want a hard, manoeuvrable indoor wheel that makes your setup stand out at the rink. Available in sets of 4 and 8 across selected colours.

Evolve 63mm Wheels

The Evolve 63mm Roller Skate Wheels use a 63mm x 42mm speed profile to support strong roll and longer pushes. The sale selection includes 88A and 92A options, allowing skaters to choose the grip and feel that best suit their indoor surface.

Choose Evolve 63mm if: maintaining speed and momentum is your priority for indoor speed skating, training or longer pushes.

For Outdoor Skating

BPM Outdoor Wheels — 62mm 78A*

The BPM Outdoor Wheels are designed to smooth out rough outdoor surfaces. Their 78A urethane reduces vibration on asphalt, sidewalks and boardwalks, while the 62mm diameter maintains momentum. At 35mm wide, they balance stability with manoeuvrability.

Choose BPM if: you want a comfortable, efficient outdoor wheel for recreational skating, fitness sessions or cross-training.

 Glide Outdoor Wheels — 57mm 78A

The Glide Roller Skate Outdoor Wheels use soft, high-rebound 78A urethane for grip and comfort on asphalt, concrete and other outdoor surfaces. Their compact 57mm x 32mm size makes them a nimble outdoor option.

Choose Glide if: you prefer a smaller outdoor wheel with an agile feel for cruising and recreational skating.

Glow™ Outdoor LED Wheels — 62mm 83A

The Glow™ Outdoor LED Roller Skate Wheels combine an outdoor 62mm x 35mm profile with 83A urethane for recreational skating on roads and sidewalks. Built-in LEDs create a luminous glow while you roll, powered by magnetic floating spacers rather than batteries. With a wide selection of colours and sets of 4 or 8, they are also easy to mix and match.

Choose Glow Outdoor if: you want a smooth recreational outdoor wheel with added colour, visibility and personality.

For Park and Aggressive Street Skating

Flow Park 99A and Street 89A Wheels

The Flow Roller Skate Wheels come in two hardnesses within the same 58mm x 32mm platform.

  • Park Flow 99A is the harder option, developed for control at speed, quick turns and park skating.
  • Street Flow 89A provides more cushioning for hard landings and rougher skate spots while retaining a park-and-street profile.

The wheel-edge design is shaped to help minimise wheel bite on coping, rails and ledges.

Choose Flow if: you want a versatile park platform with a hardness matched to your terrain and preferred feel. Street Flow is intended for skate parks, DIY spots, halfpipes and bowls—not as a soft outdoor cruising wheel.

Full Flight 101A Park Wheels*

At 53mm x 32mm, the Full Flight 101A Park Roller Skate Wheels deliver a compact, hard and agile setup for technical park and aggressive street skating. Their 101A urethane is built for speed and controlled slides, with an edge design intended to reduce wheel bite during grinds.

Choose Full Flight if: you are a serious park skater looking for a fast, lightweight wheel for technical tricks, bowls and street features.

For Roller Derby

Evolve 59mm Wheels

The Evolve 59mm Roller Skate Wheels feature a 59mm x 38mm derby profile and a lightweight polycarbonate hub. Available hardnesses range from 88A to 98A, making it easier to tune grip and roll for different floors and skating preferences.

Choose Evolve 59mm if: you want a responsive derby wheel with quick speed changes and multiple hardness options.

FX1 60mm 92A Wheels

The FX1 Roller Skate Wheels are lightweight roller derby wheels built for quick acceleration. The 60mm x 38mm profile and high-rebound urethane create an agile, attacking feel.

Choose FX1 if: you want a responsive derby wheel that gets up to speed quickly.

Compatibility note: FX1 wheels use mini bearings rather than standard 608 bearings. Check your bearing setup before ordering.

Check Compatibility Before You Buy

Before changing wheels, check the diameter and width your skates can accommodate, as well as the bearing type you need. Most wheels in this selection use standard 608 bearings; the FX1 is the exception and requires mini bearings. Bearings are not included unless the product page states otherwise.

If you are moving between very different surfaces, consider keeping dedicated indoor and outdoor wheel sets. That gives you more predictable performance and helps avoid unnecessary wear on your indoor wheels.
