碳纤维是一种革命性材料。它的强度与钢相当，重量却只有钢的一小部分。

碳纤维主要由相互键合的碳原子构成。举例来说，纤维的长轴由键合在一起并定向排列的粒子组成。随后，把数千根这样的细丝拧在一起形成纱线。最后，再用纱线织成一片织物。

3K 平纹

3k 平纹是一种编织紧密的碳纤维，常用于航空工业和 Bont 鞋款。

单向

一种极为坚硬、轻量且适应性强的碳纤维。我们在鞋身中使用单向碳纤维，可以按我们选择的方向铺层，因此能做出极为坚硬又轻量的鞋身。例如 Vaypor.

12K 平纹

一种更便宜的碳纤维。12K 平纹碳纤维的强度不如 3k 平纹碳纤维，因此价格便宜约 20%。

一层碳纤维
厂商常常对碳纤维鞋做出夸大的说法。例如，鞋子的底座可能是注塑塑料、尼龙或玻璃纤维底座，然后通常只覆盖一层碳纤维。遗憾的是，当你买一双鞋、看到它有碳纤维底座时，很可能只有最外面那一层是碳纤维。

单向碳纤维
市面上有各种鞋子被宣传为单向碳纤维。然而，其中很多鞋子其实是在塑料中使用注塑碳纤维，却称之为单向碳纤维。因此，我们认为这是对术语的误用。举例来说，在 Bont，单向碳纤维指的是所有纤维束都朝同一方向排列的碳纤维。

银色玻璃纤维
许多鞋子采用注塑成型的塑料鞋底，其中掺入了一些碳颗粒。另外，这类鞋子外层通常只有一层银色玻璃纤维。因此，制造商就宣传这些鞋子是“碳纤维”的。他们之所以能用这个词，是因为外层玻璃纤维下面的塑料件里含有碳粉。然而，外面那层编织材料是玻璃纤维，并不是碳纤维。最重要的是记住：碳纤维永远是黑色的。

100% 复合材料
什么是 100% 复合材料？这个说法几乎什么都能涵盖。因此，在考虑一双复合材料鞋身时，你需要问的问题是：由什么复合而成？简单来说，复合材料鞋身通常是尼龙玻璃纤维复合材料。

整体壳式结构
单体壳（Monocoque）鞋是把碳纤维直接层压在内衬上的做法。遗憾的是，有些公司把带有整合式后跟杯的碳纤维外壳也称为单体壳鞋；但它并不是。

Eyelets

Bont 鞋床由我们自己生产，采用可热塑成型的 EVA，是在鞋楦上添加的第一个鞋身部件。为了让它保持极致轻量和可热塑的特性，鞋床硬度为 65A，厚度仅 3mm。

传统的双排轮滑鞋采用类似“正装皮鞋”的造型。虽然很好看，但会让脚趾连同跖骨受到过度挤压，进而压迫跖骨之间的神经，常常导致大家熟悉的“脚底发烫”感。

Anatomical Forefoot Shape

Bont 生产的鞋身是市面上热塑成型性能最好的。经过 45 年多的持续改进，Bont 独家树脂极其坚硬，却能在相对较低的温度下变得柔软可塑。

Anatomical Heel Cup

什么是鞋楦？鞋楦是脚部的塑料复制件，鞋身就是围绕它制作出来的。

在 Bont，我们从 1975 年起就不断完善我们的鞋楦，而这个过程仍在继续。与许多公司使用的标准鞋楦不同，Bont 持续投入研发与改进鞋楦，让你的鞋身开箱即合脚。

Last Design

在 Bont，我们以比同行更轻、更强而自豪。因此我们采用手工制作鞋身，从内向外，把碳纤维或玻璃纤维手工铺设在鞋楦（塑料脚模）周围。与传统的轮滑鞋身制造方式相比，这种做法极为耗时，但能确保轻量。

在为 Bont 鞋身选定合适的内衬之前，我们评估了数百种不同类型的内衬材料。Bont 使用 Microfiber、Suede-Like 和 Durolite 作为内衬。为了推进可持续与动物福利，Bont 选用纯素友好的材料。简而言之，我们的内衬轻盈、耐用、抗异味，也不会因汗液而轻易劣化。

这款鞋身采用闭孔记忆棉。Bont 的衬垫不吸水，确保鞋子在潮湿条件下依然轻盈。此外，这也让会逐渐削弱鞋子耐用性的汗液不被吸收。

Padding

在 Bont，我们进行树脂研发已超过 45 年。我们调配出一种既极为坚硬、又能在低温下变得可塑的树脂。此外，快速固化对我们的需求至关重要。我们也是极少数自行研发树脂的鞋身制造商之一。

我们的树脂只需 60°C（140°F）就会软化，这是业内最低的。因此，你可以按需要反复加热我们的树脂。也就是说，你可以加热鞋身，轻松让它贴合你的脚型。加热之后，让鞋身静置冷却，你的定制成型就完成了。

环氧树脂（polyepoxide）是一种热固性环氧聚合物，与催化剂或固化剂混合后会固化。我们通过温度以及树脂和固化剂配方的选择来控制聚合反应，也就是固化过程。这个过程可能需要几分钟到几小时。

加入树脂中的固化剂用量，极大地取决于空气温度和湿度。因此我们使用一台计算机来混合树脂和固化剂。这台计算机会先测量空气温度和湿度，然后再分配树脂。

大多数制造商采用业内称为 pre-preg 的工艺，也就是先把树脂「预浸」到碳纤维中。

在几乎所有应用中，预浸料的树脂都是由碳纤维制造商选定的，属于一刀切的方案。鞋身制造商无法调整树脂，以适配现代鞋身的可热塑成型需求。正因如此，许多竞争对手的鞋身需要很高的温度才能热塑成型。而且即使在这样的高温下，鞋身的可塑性往往也很有限。

Bont Upper 是鞋身的上部，重量很轻，通过粘合与缝制固定在鞋身上。我们用手工在 Upper 和内衬上打孔以便通风。随后装上搭扣和绑带，确保你的脚被向下拉紧并向后推。最后，我们清理掉多余的胶水，鞋身就可以上场了。要被判定为可以使用，鞋身必须通过十六道独立品质检验。因此，我们为你提供市场上最好的强度重量比。

这款鞋身有纯素版本可选。

也就是说，这双鞋身不含任何动物成分或动物来源的副产品。我们的纯素材料包括 Durolite、超细纤维和 suede-L（仿绒面）。

Absolutely love my new custom skates. Usually there’s a break in period but once we put them in the oven and shaped them to my feet they feel great. I didn’t get any blisters. And they feel like socks on my feet as I’m skating. I’ve skated 4 sessions (3 hours each) so far and haven’t had any problems. I’ve gotten so many compliments. They do look like the pink and black stock boots… but I purposely did that, I made them opposite colors of what they were stock. I didn’t want to look down and see pink… I wanted to see a black tongue. This is my 2nd set of bonts. I had the pro stars before and they lasted me 3 years of skating 2-3 times per week. I will still use them for outside skating. Anyway, I love them. I will stay with Bont forever. I do have to say they told me 8 to 12 weeks to receive them and I didn’t get them for 14 weeks. They said they were lost at customs. And they made it better by sending me a rollerskate wheel bag and 7 mm bearings. Customer Service was extremely helpful and did everything to make me feel better about my purchase.

I bought 3 sets of Bonts... 1 Carbon Envy Racer, (2 tone Blue) and 2 Carbon Racer (u cut) Pink, and Orange (Mega Crimson). The fit and finish are amazing. I used EU sizing chart to fit my foot and it's dead on! love them, already have NEXT orders prepared in different colors...
