I had an issue where I ordered the wrong type of trucks (these) and was promptly assisted in recieving the correct ones for my specific skate plate. Thank you Bont for being thorough! (Their note on the packing slip definitely humbled me 😂)
I love my bonts! They are the most comfortable roller skates that I have. I am a park skater and these are next level.
