我們專有的 Anti-Stretch 抗拉伸材料在強度特性上與 Kevlar 相近。我們把這種材料加在外層與內層之間，幫助防止鞋身被拉松變形。

Bont 鞋床由我們自己生產，採用可熱塑成型的 EVA，是在鞋楦上添加的第一個鞋身部件。為了讓它保持極致輕量和可熱塑的特性，鞋床硬度為 65A，厚度僅 3mm。

用手工、由內向外製作輪滑鞋，是 Bont 一直堅持並格外自豪的方式。這套製作流程比其他工藝對技藝的要求高得多，也更耗時。或許最重要的是，這讓 Bont 的輪滑鞋在性能上領先行業。不過，這也意味著生產成本高於主流輪滑鞋製作方式。

我們持續改進和完善製造工藝，以保持高品質產品的最佳交付水平。例如，用通用真空箱固化碳纖維這類工藝已被替換。如今在碳纖維固化上，我們採用壓力包裹等方法。壓力包裹提供四個大氣壓的壓力，而傳統真空成型只有一個大氣壓。

技術 - 絨面外層

提供八種配色，Bont 的外層絨面皮輕盈耐用。此外，Bont 的 Suede-L 也是純素友好的材料。

這款鞋身採用閉孔記憶棉。Bont 的襯墊不吸水，確保鞋子在潮濕條件下依然輕盈。此外，這也讓會逐漸削弱鞋子耐用性的汗液不被吸收。

Padding
技術 - 樹脂研發

在 Bont，我們進行樹脂研發已超過 45 年。我們調配出一種既極為堅硬、又能在低溫下變得可塑的樹脂。此外，快速固化對我們的需求至關重要。我們也是極少數自行研發樹脂的鞋身製造商之一。

我們的樹脂只需 60°C（140°F）就會軟化，這是業內最低的。因此，你可以按需要反復加熱我們的樹脂。也就是說，你可以加熱鞋身，輕松讓它貼合你的腳型。加熱之後，讓鞋身靜置冷卻，你的客製化成型就完成了。

環氧樹脂（polyepoxide）是一種熱固性環氧聚合物，與催化劑或固化劑混合後會固化。我們通過溫度以及樹脂和固化劑配方的選擇來控制聚合反應，也就是固化過程。這個過程可能需要幾分鐘到幾小時。

加入樹脂中的固化劑用量，極大地取決於空氣溫度和濕度。因此我們使用一台計算機來混合樹脂和固化劑。這台計算機會先測量空氣溫度和濕度，然後再分配樹脂。

大多數製造商採用業內稱為 pre-preg 的工藝，也就是先把樹脂「預浸」到碳纖維中。

在幾乎所有應用中，預浸料的樹脂都是由碳纖維製造商選定的，屬於一刀切的方案。鞋身製造商無法調整樹脂，以適配現代鞋身的可熱塑成型需求。正因如此，許多競爭對手的鞋身需要很高的溫度才能熱塑成型。而且即使在這樣的高溫下，鞋身的可塑性往往也很有限。

 
技術 - 雙排跟腱軟墊

Bont 的跟腱軟墊 雙排輪 輪滑鞋中指的是跟腱周圍的襯墊。它把腳固定到位，防止後跟滑動，實現完美貼合。

技術 - 鞋頭保護

橡膠防撞前保護件能保護你雙排輪鞋身的前部免受衝擊。更換很簡單：用吹風機把橡膠加熱變軟，然後小心撕下。接著用強力膠（比如超能膠）把新的防撞件粘到鞋身上。替換防撞件為兩個一套（左右腳各一個）。

Bont Upper 是鞋身的上部，重量很輕，通過粘合與縫制固定在鞋身上。我們用手工在 Upper 和內襯上打孔以便通風。隨後裝上搭扣和綁帶，確保你的腳被向下拉緊並向後推。最後，我們清理掉多余的膠水，鞋身就可以上場了。要被判定為可以使用，鞋身必須通過十六道獨立品質檢驗。因此，我們為你提供市場上最好的強度重量比。
