有沒有想過碳纖維到底是什麼？比如說，是 Carbon Fiber 還是 Carbon Fibre？澄清一下，Fibre 和 Fiber 意思相同，Fibre 是英式英語拼寫，Fiber 是美式英語拼寫。

碳纖維是一種革命性材料。它的強度與鋼相當，重量卻只有鋼的一小部分。

碳纖維主要由相互鍵合的碳原子構成。舉例來說，纖維的長軸由鍵合在一起並定向排列的粒子組成。隨後，把數千根這樣的細絲擰在一起形成紗線。最後，再用紗線織成一片織物。

在 Bont，我們從 1989 年就開始生產碳纖維鞋身。最重要的是，我們的碳纖維只從全球第一的碳纖維製造商——日本 Toray 採購。

3K 平紋

3k 平紋是一種編織緊密的碳纖維，常用於航空工業和 Bont 鞋款。

單向

一種極為堅硬、輕量且適應性強的碳纖維。我們在鞋身中使用單向碳纖維，可以按我們選擇的方向鋪層，因此能做出極為堅硬又輕量的鞋身。例如 Vaypor.

12K 平紋

一種更便宜的碳纖維。12K 平紋碳纖維的強度不如 3k 平紋碳纖維，因此價格便宜約 20%。

行業虛假宣傳

過去，如果你買一雙塑料或尼龍材質的鞋，你很清楚自己買到的是什麼。但如今，各種昂貴的現代材料層出不窮，要辨別產品里到底用了什麼越來越難。結果，你買到的可能並不是你以為的東西。

以下是關於廠商如何使用材料的一些實用提示。也就是說，下次購買時可以把這些要點作為參考。

一層碳纖維
廠商常常對碳纖維鞋做出誇大的說法。例如，鞋子的底座可能是注塑塑料、尼龍或玻璃纖維底座，然後通常只覆蓋一層碳纖維。遺憾的是，當你買一雙鞋、看到它有碳纖維底座時，很可能只有最外面那一層是碳纖維。

單向碳纖維
市面上有各種鞋子被宣傳為單向碳纖維。然而，其中很多鞋子其實是在塑料中使用注塑碳纖維，卻稱之為單向碳纖維。因此，我們認為這是對術語的誤用。舉例來說，在 Bont，單向碳纖維指的是所有纖維束都朝同一方向排列的碳纖維。

銀色玻璃纖維
許多鞋子採用注塑成型的塑料鞋底，其中摻入了一些碳顆粒。另外，這類鞋子外層通常只有一層銀色玻璃纖維。因此，製造商就宣傳這些鞋子是“碳纖維”的。他們之所以能用這個詞，是因為外層玻璃纖維下面的塑料件里含有碳粉。然而，外面那層編織材料是玻璃纖維，並不是碳纖維。最重要的是記住：碳纖維永遠是黑色的。

100% 復合材料
什麼是 100% 復合材料？這個說法幾乎什麼都能涵蓋。因此，在考慮一雙復合材料鞋身時，你需要問的問題是：由什麼復合而成？簡單來說，復合材料鞋身通常是尼龍玻璃纖維復合材料。

整體殼式結構
單體殼（Monocoque）鞋是把碳纖維直接層壓在內襯上的做法。遺憾的是，有些公司把帶有整合式後跟杯的碳纖維外殼也稱為單體殼鞋；但它並不是。

總之，要留意那些跟風碳纖維技術、用關鍵詞包裝產品的公司。最重要的是做好功課，清楚自己在買什麼。希望這些內容能幫助你在選購碳纖維鞋身時做出決定。

Eyelets

Bont 生產的鞋身是市面上熱塑成型性能最好的。經過 45 年多的持續改進，Bont 獨家樹脂極其堅硬，卻能在相對較低的溫度下變得柔軟可塑。

Bont 鞋身的整個底座都可熱塑成型，而其他輪滑鞋只有特定位置可以塑形。重要的是，這讓輪滑者獲得當今市場上最符合人體工學的鞋身。此外，使用 Bont 鞋身的輪滑者還能微調整只鞋身的貼合度，得到真正客製化的貼合感。

Last Design

在為 Bont 鞋身選定合適的內襯之前，我們評估了數百種不同類型的內襯材料。Bont 使用 Microfiber、Suede-Like 和 Durolite 作為內襯。為了推進可持續與動物福利，Bont 選用純素友好的材料。簡而言之，我們的內襯輕盈、耐用、抗異味，也不會因汗液而輕易劣化。

在為 Bont 鞋身選定合適的產品之前，我們評估了數百種不同類型的內襯。我們的 Suede-L 內襯輕量、耐用、抗異味，且不易被汗水侵蝕。此外，Bont 的 Suede-L 也符合純素理念。

Liner Suede-L

用手工、由內向外製作輪滑鞋，是 Bont 一直堅持並格外自豪的方式。這套製作流程比其他工藝對技藝的要求高得多，也更耗時。或許最重要的是，這讓 Bont 的輪滑鞋在性能上領先行業。不過，這也意味著生產成本高於主流輪滑鞋製作方式。

我們持續改進和完善製造工藝，以保持高品質產品的最佳交付水平。例如，用通用真空箱固化碳纖維這類工藝已被替換。如今在碳纖維固化上，我們採用壓力包裹等方法。壓力包裹提供四個大氣壓的壓力，而傳統真空成型只有一個大氣壓。

在 Bont，我們用一種我們稱之為一體成型的方法製作高端輪滑鞋。這套工藝對技藝的要求高得多、也更耗時，因此成本遠高於主流的輪滑鞋製造方式。但正是這種方法，讓我們的產品線在性能上領跑市場。

當鞋身的內襯與外皮被粘到一個預先制成的底座上時，這就叫做兩片式鞋身。兩片式鞋身上的許多縫線純粹是裝飾性的，因此這些縫線不起結構作用。它們在鞋身製作之前就已定好位置。因此，兩片式鞋身的縫線可以只考慮美觀。

Bont 一體成型鞋身上的縫線不是裝飾。它把外層皮料縫到粘合在碳纖維上的抗拉伸材料上。

微纖維是一種耐用輕量的材料，能承受小的碰撞而不留劃痕。此外，微纖維有豐富的顏色和三種表面處理：霧面、亮面和金屬質感。最後，微纖維也是 Bont 純素產品之一。

Outerskin Microfiber

這款鞋身為高水平運動員設計，因此所用襯墊較薄、密度較高，腳感略顯硬朗。不過這也帶來了極為輕盈、響應靈敏的輪滑鞋。所用的閉孔記憶棉同樣不吸水。如果你想要更舒適的騎感，請選擇我們較軟的襯墊選項之一。

Padding

在 Bont，我們進行樹脂研發已超過 45 年。我們調配出一種既極為堅硬、又能在低溫下變得可塑的樹脂。此外，快速固化對我們的需求至關重要。我們也是極少數自行研發樹脂的鞋身製造商之一。

我們的樹脂只需 60°C（140°F）就會軟化，這是業內最低的。因此，你可以按需要反復加熱我們的樹脂。也就是說，你可以加熱鞋身，輕松讓它貼合你的腳型。加熱之後，讓鞋身靜置冷卻，你的客製化成型就完成了。

環氧樹脂（polyepoxide）是一種熱固性環氧聚合物，與催化劑或固化劑混合後會固化。我們通過溫度以及樹脂和固化劑配方的選擇來控制聚合反應，也就是固化過程。這個過程可能需要幾分鐘到幾小時。

加入樹脂中的固化劑用量，極大地取決於空氣溫度和濕度。因此我們使用一台計算機來混合樹脂和固化劑。這台計算機會先測量空氣溫度和濕度，然後再分配樹脂。

大多數製造商採用業內稱為 pre-preg 的工藝，也就是先把樹脂「預浸」到碳纖維中。

在幾乎所有應用中，預浸料的樹脂都是由碳纖維製造商選定的，屬於一刀切的方案。鞋身製造商無法調整樹脂，以適配現代鞋身的可熱塑成型需求。正因如此，許多競爭對手的鞋身需要很高的溫度才能熱塑成型。而且即使在這樣的高溫下，鞋身的可塑性往往也很有限。

Bont Upper 是鞋身的上部，重量很輕，通過粘合與縫制固定在鞋身上。我們用手工在 Upper 和內襯上打孔以便通風。隨後裝上搭扣和綁帶，確保你的腳被向下拉緊並向後推。最後，我們清理掉多余的膠水，鞋身就可以上場了。要被判定為可以使用，鞋身必須通過十六道獨立品質檢驗。因此，我們為你提供市場上最好的強度重量比。
