Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. 📦
Most in-stock items ship within one business day. Estimated delivery times can vary depending on your country, the shipping method selected, and the warehouse your order ships from.
In some cases, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed, especially during busy periods or when stock is moving quickly between warehouses. If this happens, we will contact you with an update and let you know the available options.

MyBonts orders
Approximate shipping time is 8 to 12 weeks.
Warehouse Out of Stock items
Approximate shipping time is 2 to 3 weeks.
Factory Out of Stock items
Approximate shipping time is 8 to 10 weeks.
🗓️ Busy Periods
March is usually our busiest time of the year for MyBonts and custom-made orders.
For MyBonts and custom-made orders placed around March, there may be an additional delay of up to 4 weeks. This does not usually affect in-stock items.
💼Business Days
We ship on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
🚚Carriers
We use multiple carriers depending on the destination country, order size, service availability, and the best available shipping option.
Carriers may include FedEx, USPS, SF Freight, and other regional or international carriers.
🎁Free Shipping
Some countries have a free shipping threshold. If free shipping is available in your country, the threshold will usually appear at the top of the page or during checkout.
Not all countries qualify for free shipping. If free shipping is not shown, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
💳Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
The final rate depends on your delivery country, order weight, order size, and the available carrier services.
For international orders, simply add the items to your cart, then proceed to checkout to view available shipping options and costs before finalizing your order.
🌍Duties and Taxes
For most orders to most countries, there are usually no extra duties or taxes to pay, as many orders fall within the local tax-free import threshold. However, this varies by country and depends on your order value and local import rules.
Orders shipped to Australia usually incur no additional tax. Orders within Europe already include VAT in the price, and orders to the USA include tax in the price.
Some countries may still charge import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees when the order arrives. This is more common in some regions, including parts of South America.
If any additional charges are required by your country, these are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
📦Delivery Times
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only.
Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to customs clearance, local courier delays, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
📬Split Shipments
Some orders may ship from more than one warehouse or in more than one package.
If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers, and your items may arrive at different times.
🔍Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
