The 3PF 6061 inline speed skating frame gets you into Bont's latest technology at an affordable price. The 6061 frame applies the same principles as the 7050 frame with the same great looks. The patented 3 point design is brought together with the best materials and the most advanced inline frame computer stress test simulations in the world.

Our Pro Team skaters are some of the best in the World and love to give us constant feedback. From the little things like the placement of the buckle to trialing the latest materials, they are helping Bont create products that not only look good but perform at the elite level.
6061 T6 ALUMINIUM
6061 Aluminum is a very versatile metal which makes it easy for us to extrude and machine. It has very good anti-corrosive properties and specifically for inline racing it is not a very brittle metal which is good for fighting against stress fatigue. It is a beautiful looking metal which anodizes and polishes well which allowed us to get that really expensive look on this frame. T6 - means that the 3PF frame has been solution heat treated and then artificially aged. This tempering process greatly increases the hardness of the metal. The extrusion must be held in a special jig while it is tempered to stop it from twisting.
The 3PF 6061 frame is highly polished with beautifully beveled edges. The type of polishing that we chose is known in the industry as 'brilliant finish' simply because it is an extremely high standard of polishing. The frame is then anodized in gun metal gray and printed in black to give a very refined look.
COMPUTER AIDED STRESS TESTING
Bont employs the most advanced computer-aided frame stress testing on the market. This ensures that every part of the frame is strong enough to withstand month after month of skating without suffering metal fatigue which is a popular cause of frame breakage. The design was then tested in our 3D simulator which tests the frames strengths and weaknesses in a real skating simulation. The design was tweaked and re-tested. This is why Bont has not had a single frame break in the last 12 years.
35 years on from Mr. Inze Bont's first frame design and Bont is still setting the design trends. The 2PF/3PF range of frames are designed to look good while offering the perfect amount of flex.
