Bont prides itself in pushing the limits in design and innovation and expanding our product range to meet the needs of the growing skating community. We are excited to announce the release of Bont Blocks - a slide block designed for the Bont Tracer/ Prodigy plate.

After receiving many inquiries for a compatible slide block for the Parkstar skate package, we spent over a year designing and product testing to make the best slide block on the market.

We paid particular attention to the block shape, especially the edge design, to ensure smooth sliding on any surface. Whether you skate flat-footed or angle your feet, the Bont Block will lock you onto the coping or ledge without the risk of slipping out. Yes, unity slides are possible with Bont Blocks.

The metal bar is open on each end to make it compatible with other 20-degree plates. The bar is 3mm thick, so it will not bend or deform even after heavy impact.

In terms of sizing, we made it super simple. The Bont Block size matches the Tracer/ Prodigy plate size. For example, if you have a size 6.5 Tracer plate, you will need a 6.5 Bont Block. You can find the plate size on the plate near the back pivot cup. Note: Plate size is different to boot size.

My bont slide blocks came fast and were packaged well. They were very easy to install and fit perfectly when ordered according sizing chart. I haven’t had a chance to try them out at the park yet. But I can say I don’t feel like much weight was added to my skates. Overall very happy with these and will definitely recommend them to anyone with parkstars or prostars who is looking for blocks!

I got same size as my plate and it perfectly fits. The only issue that i have is that kingpin is touching the coping rail if i try 50/50, so i will need to find way to cut it down..

Roller Skate Slide Blocks (Pair of 2)

I am a beginner, and before these sliders I never had the nerve to go down the big ramps because I couldn’t get my foot situated sturdy enough to step in. These block soldiers changed everything and now I’m itching to get back to the skate park. I highly recommend these to beginners or to pros ( if I can use these well, I can’t even imagine what they could do in the hands of a pro)

well done , I used to dream of a block that looked that good but that was 40 years ago... Now I am dreaming of a 3 inch truck to fit my plates...DISCOTRUX would be nice, oh well who would sell something that useful?????

Love it, unfortunately they didn’t fit my skates because my skates are 10 degree angle but with a help from a blacksmith friend we were able to bend them to a perfect fit, they work just as good!

BONT Roller Skate Slide Blocks (Pair of 2)

**Relatively new to park skating, so I use my slide blocks primarily for stalling** but I love them! They were super easy to install and instantly made drop ins feel natural, and I have been stalling like crazy in them. They seem nice and smooth when I do try to glide on them. Only complaint is that somewhere along the shipping process, the package got soaking wet and arrived still quite wet - there is even a bit of rust on one of the bolts. Luckily, it doesn't really matter as far as their effectiveness and I highly doubt Bont sent them out that way. I recommend these for sure!!

I've tried two different sizes of bones and just couldn't get them to bite in the right place, so I got these to try. I love them! I wear parkstars and they are a much better on the coping. Definitely recommend if you're having trouble with bones!
