WHOLESALE TERMS OF SERVICE
Thanks for shopping with Bont Skates! Please carefully review these terms and conditions before ordering from Bont Skates. You consent to the following terms and conditions by placing a wholesale order with us. Bont Skates reserves the right not to sell to a retailer.
SALES VENUES & ONLINE SALES
Wholesale is available to brick-and-mortar shops or online retailers with their own storefronts/websites. Businesses are forbidden from selling Bont Skates merchandise on any other online retail outlet. Bont wholesale customers are prohibited from selling Bont products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Facebook Buy groups, or any other channels. Wholesalers must only sell in the country they are located in. Bont sizing boots (boots sold specifically for sizing customers' feet) must not be sold to anyone.
Products purchased from Bont Skates shall be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) or higher.
If the retailer offers discounts on any product line purchased from Bont Skates, the aggregate value of such discounts shall be limited to fifteen percent (15%) of the MSRP, and any such promotional events shall not be longer than two (2) weeks.
Permissions for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the customer must be requested in writing. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied. Black Friday Sales do not need a written request.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping charges will be calculated separately and added to your wholesale order. Prices are subject to change without notice. If we find that the price of any product line is quoted incorrectly, we reserve the right to rectify such errors and omissions even if the order is already placed. We will inform the retailer about the correct price as soon as possible and will give the option to cancel the order or proceed with the order at the rectified wholesale price.
Our wholesale prices and price lists of products made available by Bont Skates shall be deemed Confidential Information and to be used by retailers only. Publishing or revealing any Confidential Information disclosed to retailers is strictly prohibited without prior written consent by Bont Skates.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit Card (MasterCard and Visa)
Payment by credit card may incur an additional fee by your bank, our bank, Stripe, and Shopify. International credit card fees may also be charged depending on your card. If you incur international transactions or high credit card fees, we suggest using a different card or contacting your bank.
Affiliate links/discount site links (honey, retailmenot, shareasale, etc.) may not be used to purchase wholesale.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
There is no minimum order value.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Add products to your cart from the Bont Wholesale website and then checkout.
We aim to fulfill orders within one to five (1-5) working days. Weekends and holidays are not considered working days, and orders placed on those days may take longer to process.
Larger orders may require more time; Bont Skates will provide a delivery estimate as requested.
Any processing or turn-around time mentioned thereof is based on estimates, and we do not guarantee that wholesale orders will be processed or delivered within the specified schedule. By placing an order, you agree that we shall not be liable for delays due to major events, including non-performance by third-party service providers or inclement weather. Some products ship from Bont’s warehouse in China and may need to be manufactured before shipping. These products may take 8-12 weeks to produce. There may be extended delays in shipping around Chinese New Year, Black Friday, and Christmas.
Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your wholesale order invoice, depending on the weight and destination of the shipment. Packaging and handling of the purchase will be free, and the retailer shall only pay for the shipping service. Assembling of skates incurs an additional fee.
Bont Skates accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us, then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.
We can drop ship for urgent orders, but we prefer if you keep stock and ship to your customers directly from your store or warehouse.
Orders can be canceled if they have not been shipped.
If any items show signs of use, i.e., mounted, heat molded, skated in, worn, will not be exchanged or refunded. Do not insert bearings in inline wheels or attach frames to boots unless you plan on keeping them, as they will not be exchanged or refunded. If any of these instances occur, they will be returned to the customer, as we cannot resell them.

Return Shipping: The return shipment must be prepaid and insured by the customer. We are not responsible for return freight fees. We will not accept “freight collect” shipments. Pack the product(s) securely. We will not be responsible for any shipping damage. We will cover the shipping back to the customer for exchanges.
Stock Boots: We will exchange/refund items that have been returned within one month if they have not been used or heat molded and are in as-new condition. If a frame is scratched from mounting bolts or if a plate has been mounted to the boot other than the original plate mounted from Bont, we cannot exchange them. A $10 restocking fee will be applied to the second exchange of the same product (s). Please note that you will not be able to cancel Stock semi-custom orders (narrow, wide, double wide) after 72 hours of ordering, as they have already gone into production.
Semi-Custom Boots: We will exchange semi-custom skates one time if you have ordered the wrong size. We will not exchange the boots for any other reason, as they have been made to your specifications, and we cannot resell them. Please note that you will not be able to cancel MyBont semi-custom orders after 72 hours of ordering, as they have already gone into production.
Full Custom Boots: Please note that there is no refund or return for Full Custom skates (foot casting orders) because the boots are made for your feet.
Exchanges/Refunds: Exchanges will be processed within five days of receipt, and refunds will be processed within one week of receiving the returned product in new condition. If the item is not in stock for the exchange, you will be notified of the shipping date. Original shipping will not be refunded.
The cost of returns is the wholesaler's responsibility unless the product has been deemed faulty by a Bont representative.
*Refunds normally take 2-3 business days to return to the payment method used for your order.
Bont skates and other items are covered by warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Items that are not covered under warranty include
- Any part of the skate that has been involved in a crash. If you have crashed and something is scratched or broken, it is not covered under warranty.
- Anything where you have damaged the boots yourself, e.g., Overheating the boots when heat molding, jumping in your skates, using washers between the boot and the frame, backing over your skate bag with the car in your driveway. Our warranty does not cover these.
If you have a problem that you think is a manufacturing mistake, then we are more than happy to help you to solve the problem asap.
You are responsible for helping your customers solve warranty and return requests. Do not send the customer directly to Bont.

- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the problem. It is even better if you can draw arrows on the photos to show us where the problem is.
- Your name, address, contact number, and email that is on the order.
- Details about how long you had the skates, what you did with them when you had the problem, and the product model number.
COPYRIGHT AND BRAND ASSETS
All photos are property of Bont Skates, and wholesalers are permitted to use them for selling Bont Skates products only.
All Bont Skates product photos must remain unaltered. Wholesalers may not alter, photoshop, or reuse photos in any way.
When reselling Bont Skates products, wholesalers are prohibited from altering the products in any way – adding or removing design details, labels, stickers, etc. Products may not be rebranded.
Any photos used of Bont Skates products taken from social media must credit the original creator of the content.
Bont Skates may provide product images and other brand assets as requested for business promotion. Please acknowledge that all promotional and marketing materials, including but not limited to blog articles, illustrations, images, and audio-visual media, are fully protected by copyright and owned and controlled by Bont Skates.

CHANGES & UPDATES
Bont Skates reserves a right to modify or replace these terms and conditions to accommodate any changes in its business as required by law.
